- Makes 10 1 ½ cups of canned chic peas
- 3 tbsp chic pea flour
- handful of parsley
- 1 medium grated carrot
- pinch of bi carb soda
- pinch of coriander
- pinch of paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Sea salt and pepper
- ½ red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender. Roll them into little balls and fry them on each side with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Enjoy! :)
